How it works

Getting to know you is important to us. Your KinCare Customer Care Manager will spend time with you to get to know your interests, learn about your household and understand how you like to do things. We will work with you to understand the types of things you need or want assistance with around the home, and the suitable times our staff can visit. We will also work with you to select a suitable team member you can really trust and feel comfortable with.

Depending on your individual needs, our friendly and experienced Home Care Workers can visit on a regular basis or occasionally to give you a helping hand around the home.
