The convenience of accessing nursing services in your own home will make your life easier and give you peace of mind that you have easy access to expert personalised care. KinCare’s Registered Nurses can help recovery at home after an injury or medical event, or visit regularly to manage an ongoing condition. Whether you need a little health advice now and again or longer term support, our skilled and experienced nursing team will be there for you.
To save you a trip to the GP, we provide annual health checks in your home to help you maintain your health and wellbeing. We understand that everyone’s health needs are different so our caring nurses will tailor their services to meet your needs.
Our aim is to ensure you remain healthy and safe at home for as long as you want. Whether it’s caring for you to reduce the risk of infection or prevent a hospital stay, providing nutritional advice so you eat well or offering support with medication, we will help you continue to remain in control while living independently in your own home.

Funding Aged Care
The Commonwealth Government provides two types of subsidy to help fully, or partially fund in home support services. Your eligibility for these subsidies will depend on your personal circumstances. If you are not eligible to receive government funding, you can still access KinCare services privately.
