We work with you to assess your needs and develop supportive strategies that leave you feeling in control and healthier.  Regular visits can help maintain your mobility, support your memory and assist in the ongoing treatment of pain or discomfort in conjunction with your recommended supports from your GP.

Funding Aged Care

The Commonwealth Government provides two types of subsidy to help fully, or partially fund in home support services. Your eligibility for these subsidies will depend on your personal circumstances. If you are not eligible to receive government funding, you can still access KinCare services privately.
