Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
We’re here to support you every day and night, including weekends and public holidays. Services can often be arranged within 24 hours and our flexibility means we can support you in an emergency or once-off basis. If you’d like a service ‘holiday’, we’re also flexible enough to put your services on hold until you are ready to continue. If you travel within Australia, your services can follow you at no extra cost. We will arrange for our local teams to seamlessly continue services.
No exit fees
At KinCare, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to choose the most suitable provider for your needs so we won’t charge you exit fees or upgrading fees. We focus on delivering a great service and being a provider that you’ll choose to stay with. That’s why we won’t lock you in.
From our Customers
At 100, Jean keeps active and independent
“KinCare supported me when I lived in Melbourne, so when I moved to Sydney I continued using their services. I enjoy going out and visiting my family. When I’m at home, I read novels and do word searches, or relax by watching sports - especially tennis, cricket and the Olympics. I’ve always been a vegetarian and I’ve never smoked or drunk alcohol, coffee or tea!"
Jean recently celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends. She has two sons, a daughter, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
