Higher Needs Pathway

Bringing you high-level care in the comfort of your home

Our highly-trained, dedicated carers understand your needs and empower you to choose the path that’s right for you. This means providing you with tailored services and support, when you need them, for as long as you need them.

With all the in-home care services in our Early Support and Clinical Support Pathways, as well as additional high level care tailored to your unique needs, our Higher Needs Pathway can adapt to your needs, no matter how complex or challenging.

When you need extra support for your health care needs

As you grow older, your health can change and the potential for complex and chronic health conditions can increase. Our Higher Needs Pathway provides a wide range of services, designed to help you maintain a high quality of life while in your own home.

We understand that things can change quickly, but with the KinCare team by your side, you’ll have peace of mind knowing you have the right high-level support. Our highly-trained staff will tailor services based on your unique needs, ensuring the in-home care you receive will keep you where you really want to be.

Advanced care planning

No matter your stage in life, a plan for the future will let your loved ones know how you’d like to be cared for and where you want to spend your final days if you lose the capacity to communicate your wishes. We can provide the information you need to support and guide you in creating an Advanced Care Plan and communicate this to your loved ones.

During times of chronic and complex illness, the needs of your loved ones are important. Respite care gives your family and others who care for you a rejuvenating rest. Our respite care is flexible, providing support during carer illnesses, hospital stays, work commitments or emergencies, and includes:
