KinCare Honoured in 2020 LASA Awards

On Friday 7 August Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) announced the winners in the 2020 state finals of the Excellence in Age Services Awards.

LASA is the national association representing and supporting providers of age services across residential care and home care. As an organisation member, KinCare is provided with the most up-to date information on services, training and events that enhance our performance and sustainability.

In the 2020 awards, KinCare is proud to have been nominated as a Finalist for two Awards in NSW/ACT.

KinCare is honoured to have been awarded the Organisation Award, recognising an age services provider who has made an outstanding contribution to care and services development or provision of high level support to the aged by demonstrating leadership, innovation and excellence.

KinCare is also proud to have been nominated for the Team Award – recognising a team in the age services sector that encourages workplace diversity, positive workplace culture and increased staff wellbeing through development of a service or process or has used innovation and initiative to improve the lives of older people and improve the age services experience.

For over 28 years KinCare has been putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and empowering them to live the life they choose. Our highly trained Home Care Workers, Nurses, Clinical team, Customer Service Specialists, Office and support team members are all vital members of our wonderfully-skilled team and these awards would not have been possible without their outstanding dedication to our customers.
