Available when referring a brand new customer only to KinCare (new customer cannot be receiving any current services from KinCare). Referring customer’s full name will need to be provided as a reference during the sign-up process. $200 Visa Gift card will be mailed within 30 days of new customer signing Home Care Agreement. What are the dates for this promotion?
For all NEW Home Care Package customers who join KinCare at anytime and provide a current customer or KinCare Team members name upon contact. Customers must be brand new to KinCare.
How does the promotion work?
Refer a friend, family member or neighbour a KinCare Home Care Package and when they join us they will be rewarded with a $200 Visa Gift Card to spend on anything they choose. You will also be rewarded for referring them and receive a $200 Visa Gift card as a special thanks.
If I am already receiving services from KinCare am I eligible for this promotion?
No, this promotion is only available to new customers who are currently not receiving any services from KinCare.
When will I receive my Visa gift card?
Once the new customer has signed their Home care agreement, a $200 Visa Gift Card will be posted directly to them within 30 days. The referring customer or team member will also be sent a $200 Visa Gift card within that time frame.

How to activate your card?
1.To activate your card, call 1800 446 347
Your card MUST be activated by the Activation End Date otherwise all funds are forfeited. Your activation end date is located on the inside of your gift card wallet.
- After activation, your card will be ready to use within 1 business day
- Use your card at any eftpos terminal Australia-wide; Swipe the card, select CREDIT, enter the 4 digit PIN as shown on the back of the card (behind the scratch panel)

What is a Visa Gift card?
The Visa Gift Card is a prepaid card that can be used wherever Visa cards are accepted and processed electronically. The Visa Gift Card operates like any Visa card, but because it is a prepaid card, spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the Visa Gift Card at the time of purchase. The Visa Gift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds.
Where can I use my Visa Gift Card?
You can use your Visa Gift Card wherever Prepaid Visa cards are accepted. You can use it to make online purchases, at more than one merchant and to make purchases outside of Australia (purchases made in foreign currency are subject to a Currency Conversion Fee of 3.5%).
You cannot use your Visa Gift Card:
- at an ATM for any purpose to withdraw cash or for cash equivalent transactions
- anywhere there is no electronic processing capability
- for recurring payments, direct debits or installments
- at gambling merchants
- at merchants displaying the Visa logo who choose not to accept prepaid Visa Gift Cards
How do I use it?
To redeem value by using your Visa Card:
- For EFTPOS transactions: swipe the Visa Card through the EFTPOS equipment, select “CREDIT” or “Cr” and then either provide your signature to the merchant or enter your PIN code.
- For online or telephone transactions: enter or provide your card number, expiry date and the 3 digit code provided to you upon activation of your Visa Card.
Your PIN code can be obtained by referring to scratch panel on the reverse of card.
You do not need to use the whole Visa Card value in one transaction. Spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the Visa Gift Card at the time of purchase.

What if I want to buy something that costs more than the value of the Visa Gift Card?
If your purchase is greater than the value of the gift card, tell the cashier you would like to pay the difference first and then use your gift card to pay the remaining balance. The value of your Visa Gift Card can be combined with cash when you are making a purchase. At the option of each merchant, the value of your Visa Gift Card may also be combined with a credit or debit card, or check when you are making a purchase. If you don’t tell the cashier you would like to use two forms of payment and then try to make a purchase for more than the amount on the Visa Gift Card, the transaction will be declined because you don’t have enough money on your Visa Gift Card.
Can I add more money to the Visa Gift Card?
No, this Visa Gift Card is not reloadable and it has no ATM or PIN functionality.
Can the Visa Gift Card be replaced if lost or stolen?
Visa Gift Cards should be treated like cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
How long can I use the Visa Gift Card?
Your Visa Card will expire on the date shown on the front of your Visa Card. On the expiry of your Visa Card, any balance that remains after the expiry date will not be available for use and will be forfeited by you and become the property of the Distributor.
Can I use the Visa Gift Card overseas?
Yes. A Currency Conversion fee of 3.5% applies for foreign currency transactions.
What happens if I need to return something I purchased with my Visa Gift Card?
Keep your Visa Gift Card in case you need to return merchandise for credit. Merchandise return and refund policies vary by merchant. If a credit is issued to the cardholder, the credit may not be added to the available funds for up to seven business days.
