Receive Paid Bonuses

Our Home Care Worker bonus has increased for ACT & NSW Home Care Workers.

All ACT & NSW Home Care Workers delivering services are eligible to receive this bonus – when they successfully complete the average hours required.

  • Over 30 hours per week = receive up to $1,550*
  • Over 20 and up to 30 hours = receive up to $1,100
  • Over 10 and up to 20 hours = receive up to $550
  • Over 5 and up to 10 hours = receive up to $276

This offer is currently only available to existing and new KinCare ACT & NSW Home Care Workers and is based on team member tenure, performance and average hours worked (including annual leave) over a quarter.

Offer runs from 1 July 2022 – 31 Sept 2022 and 1 Oct 2022 to 31 December 2022.
