Home Care Worker Loyalty Bonus

Did you know that KinCare rewards its Home Care Workers for their hard work when joining our team?

You can receive a Digital Gift Card, when you successfully complete 3, 6 and 12 months of service at KinCare – plus additional days of annual leave!

You will receive:

  • $300 Digital Gift Card for 3 months satisfactory completion of services
  • $500 Digital Gift Card + 1 additional day of annual leave for 6 months satisfactory completion of services
  • $250 Digital Gift Card + 1 additional day of annual leave for 12 months satisfactory completion of services

Terms and conditions

  1. Who can access these rewards and what are the dates for the loyalty bonus?
    For all Home Care Workers who join KinCare from 1 December 2021. Home Care Worker must be brand new to KinCare. This offer is currently ongoing.
  2. How does the loyalty bonus work?
    You will receive a Digital Gift Card, when you successfully complete 3, 6 and 12 months of service at KinCare as a Home Care Worker (plus an additional day of annual leave for 6 & 12 months of services).
    The program is only available to new Home Care Workers who join from 1 December 2021. Home Care Worker must be an active employee at the time of Digital Gift Card fulfilment.
  3. When will I receive my Digital Gift Card?
    Once the criteria has been met and confirmed by the Human Resources team, the Home Care Worker will be issued with their Digital Gift Card within 30 days of their anniversary month. The additional day of annual leave will be awarded to the Home Care Worker and advised via email by the Human Resources team within 30 days of their anniversary month.
