Care or a Certificate III in Home and Community Care.
If you prefer to develop your career
in providing services to people with a disability, a Certificate III in Disability is a good choice.
Certificate IV courses help you progress towards coordination and
management roles. For this kind of role consider a Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate
IV in Home and Community Care or a Certificate IV in Disability.
If you want to get involved in
the training and development of other staff, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is ideal.
KinCare offers a number of office roles from administrative role to senior Operations, HR, IT, Marketing and Finance roles. Generally professional development in these fields is provided by external training providers. Staff wanting to develop their careers towards management roles can consider completing a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
