We are committed to the ongoing professional development of all our staff. We provide training through regular staff meetings and through our Registered Training Organisation National College Australia. Traineeships are available to eligible applicants.

Training for Community Care Assistants

If you wish to focus on providing aged care services consider a Certificate III in Aged Care or a Certificate III in Home and Community Care.

If you prefer to develop your career in providing services to people with a disability, a Certificate III in Disability is a good choice.

Training for Care Coordinators

Certificate IV courses help you progress towards coordination and management roles. For this kind of role consider a Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or a Certificate IV in Disability.

If you want to get involved in the training and development of other staff, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is ideal.

Training for Office Staff

KinCare offers a number of office roles from administrative role to senior Operations, HR, IT, Marketing and Finance roles. Generally professional development in these fields is provided by external training providers. Staff wanting to develop their careers towards management roles can consider completing a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
