Social Support

Social support services provide company or assist clients in being involved in social and recreational activities.

Some of the service types that provide social support are outlined in the table below.

In addition to these services social support is often a component of respite services.  Where clients are socially isolated KinCare encourages staff providing all other service types to also provide social support.
