KinCare invests heavily in building an industry leading team of field staff and the supporting scheduling and management infrastructure for those staff.  We partner with a wide variety of non-profit organisations, churches, government agencies, private organisations and insurers to manage staffing requirements on their behalf.

We directly employ all our staff and invest heavily in training and professional development. We do not engage personnel on a contract or agency basis. We arrange Australian federal police checks and thorough reference checks on all of our staff. Our staff wear uniforms and carry photograph identification.

Staff services can be provided in a variety of ways.  We can assist with relief staffing to help you cover the leave of your staff.  We can provide ongoing services for you for specific clients.  We are often able to meet special needs for skills, languages and other attributes which can make this very attractive.  We also offer formal staffing partnerships where we tailor a comprehensive staffing solution to your needs. With this approach we can help you capture both the benefits of outsourcing and the benefits of employing your own staff pool.
