Please note that as of the 16 November 2012, all Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing and Veterans Home Care services previously operated by KinCare/Stanhope have been transferred to RDNS HomeCare/Rally HomeCare. KinCare/Stanhope no longer accept referrals for DVA Community Nursing and Veterans Home Care.
