KinCare wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients, and we need people who share our passion to enable us to achieve this. No previous experience or training is necessary. KinCare offers training before you start and training and traineeships once you commence, that allow you to start with simple services and progress to more complex care as you gain experience and achieve each qualification.

Community Care Assistants: working face to face with our clients
Nurses: providing nursing care to our clients
Program Managers and Case Managers: to plan and coordinate services with each client
Management and administrative staff: for all of our business management, customer service, human resource and administration needs


Safety

KinCare considers the safety of staff and of clients to be of the utmost importance. All staff have responsibility to ensure a safe working environment.

KinCare’s staff receive training in Occupational Health and Safety and safety assessments are conducted in each home. All staff are required to report any hazards observed that are a threat to staff or clients. Clients and their families are also encouraged to report any hazards they observe.
