	Undergo a criminal records check and receive a satisfactory report
	Undergo a working with children check and receive a satisfactory report if these are available in your state or territory
	Have a car, unrestricted drivers licence and comprehensive car insurance
	Be reliable
	Be open to training, professional development and feedback
	Be willing to always treat other staff and clients with respect, including respect for differences

	Be willing to follow KinCare’s policies and procedures
