All KinCare staff are subject to thorough reference checks and criminal records checks by the Australian Federal Police. KinCare staff wear uniforms (unless you request that they do not wear a uniform) and always carry photographic identification. All KinCare staff must undertake ongoing training and professional development and are subject to spot checks and regular formal appraisals.

KinCare delivers service on time with consistency of staff. Sometimes changes are required due to emergencies, leave or other issues. If this occurs we keep our clients informed of any necessary changes.

KinCare uses the Australian Business Excellence framework as the structure for its quality management systems. KinCare was one of the first community care organisations in Australia to achieve ISO9002:1996 certification and has held this or the ISO9001:2000 standard ever since.
