We work very hard to try to make every experience with KinCare a good one.  However, with hundreds of staff now in our team and thousands of clients choosing to use our services each day, occasionally something goes wrong.  If we have let you down in any way, we really want to know.  Your feedback helps us keep improving.

What do we do with your feedback?

When you share good news with us, we share it with the staff who have been involved with your services.  They love to know their service is appreciated.

When you make a complaint, we will contact you to try to resolve it.  We will also log it in our systems so that we can identify patterns of problems and make improvements.
