KinCare’s services are available to anyone who requires support at home. This can include older people, people with a disability, people with a medical condition or injury, carers and a variety of other groups.

Some of KinCare's services have been specially targeted to groups with a wide variety of special needs.

The Australian Government has defined the following groups as Special Needs Groups for the purposes of the programs that it subsidises:

Live-in Respite Live-in respite to enable carers to take an extended break.  This service can provide all service types usually provided by the primary carer. Carers of people with dementia and behaviours of concern
