KinCare Acquires Spiritus Sydney Contracts
KinCare today completed the transfer of the Sydney Contracts of the Brisbane based Spiritus organisation.
The transaction includes the transfer of 15 EACH places, and a DVA Nursing contract.
KinCare was pleased to welcome 13 staff that were providing services under these contracts to the organisation.
The transaction has added significantly to KinCare's presence in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, and will enhance our ability to provide quality care to our clients in this area.
