KinCare Acquires Careforce Pty Ltd
In Home Care Specialists, KinCare acquire Careforce a small Melbourne based Community Services provider, with approximately 30 staff and 60 clients. The purchase of Careforce will bring benefits to clients and staff of both organisations.
Careforce represented a good strategic fit for KinCare, with staff and clients in similar geographic locations, undertaking similar service types under ‘Fee for Service’ arrangements which compliment KinCare’s focus in Victoria.
The acquisition will benefit KinCare’s vision for better health and wellbeing and its practical application will be extended to an increased number of clients.
Therese Adami, KinCare General Manager says “the acquisition will strengthen KinCare’s ability to deliver services to our existing clients and provide a new portfolio of services to our new clients and secure jobs for the Careforce staff.”
